Former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez has been a model prisoner thus far at the Bristol County House of Correction, where he is being held without bail on murder and firearm charges. Sheriff Tom Hodgson says that Hernandez has been very respectful, very polite and for someone who has not been incarcerated before, has not shown any nervousness and has acclimated well. Hernandez, has been moved to a restricted population unit in the House of Correction, but with more privileges, as officials continue to monitor his adjustment to life behind bars. Hernandez, who had been in the medical unit since his arrival a week ago, is now in a 7-by-10-foot single cell with a bed, desk and combination sink/toilet and has three hours out of his cell each day.
