Health Website Put Under Microscope

Outside consultants have been hired to evaluate the state's health insurance website. The Massachusetts Health Connector designed by Canadian company CGI is so buggy that only 500 people statewide have used it to sign up for health insurance under Obamacare. The team of consultants is expected to identify the website's problems and report back in a week. State officials say the report will be useful as they decide whether to pursue legal action against CGI.
