The two Patriots to make the cut, this year, are tight end Rob Gronkowski and kicker Stephen Gostkowski.

Gronkowski, a six year vet, is now a four time AP All-Pro. The tight end put together another dominating season this year, playing in 15 games and making 72 receptions for 1,176 yards and 11 touchdowns.

The campaign also marked the fifth time in six years that Gronkowski has finished the regular season with 10 or more scores. His receiving yards total is also the second highest output of his career, trailing only 1,327 yards he totaled in the 2011 season.

As for Gostkowski, the veteran kicker finished the regular season with a 91.7 percent field goal rate, missing just three kicks in 36 attempts. The tenth year pro also  was perfect connecting on all 52 of his extra point attempts this season, despite the distance of the kick being pushed back and kickers across the league struggling to adjust. With 151 total points, the now two time All-Pro led the league in scoring as well.

Putting all the numbers together, both players are well deserving members of the 2015 AP All-Pro team.
