Green Legislation Hearing On St. Pat's Day

The legislature's Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture is considering several so-called "green" bills. Following the Saint Patrick's Day hearing on the "green" legislation, the committee released a one-point-seven-billion-dollars environmental bond bill.

It's intended to preserve natural resources, restore water quality, and prepare for climate change.
