Governor Patrick Bans All Traffic Statewide After 4pm

Massachusetts is under a state of emergency, and in order to keep everyone safe, Governor Deval Patrick has issued a ban of traffic after 4pm Friday for the entire State of Massachusetts.

Earlier on Friday, Governor Patrick ordered non-emergency State employees to work from home. He urged private employers to also have their employees do the same. While many people went into work, most places are closing early, and with the Statewide traffic ban, you can bet all businesses will now be closed.

Violators of the ban could face a $500 fine and possible jail time.
