With hurricane Sandy here, Pete & Neal spoke with Governor Deval Patrick this morning about the state of Emergency in Massachusetts.

Governor Patrick broke down for us exactly what a state of emergency means, and by no means wants anyone to panic. He would like everyone to stay off the roads, and stay indoors if you can.
