Governor Patrick Talks Southcoast Rail and Tax Plan with Pete and Neal [INTERVIEW]

Governor Deval Patrick will be in New Bedford today to talk about commuter rail. He spoke with Pete and Neal this morning about that, the proposed income tax increase, his plans for the future, and the inauguration on Monday.
