Governor Deval Patrick is being eyed as Eric Holder's replacement for Attorney General. Sources tell Chicago Sun-Times columnist Michael Sneed that Holder's days are numbered. Sneed's anonymous source from the White House says Obama will wait until "the heat dies down on the latest hot-button scandals to hit the Justice Department."

In 2012 Eric Holder drew some heat after a scandal of him providing guns to various drug cartels. Right now President Obama is in the midst of two more scandals with the IRS probe, and the Associated Press phone tap.
