BOSTON (AP) _ Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker has said he won't pick any favorites in the GOP race for president, but for the first time he is sharply criticizing Donald Trump for the candidate's past remarks about women.

During his monthly ``Ask the Governor'' appearance on WGBH-FM Thursday, Baker said in response to a question that he found some of Trump's comments to be ``reprehensible, outrageous and ridiculous.'' The Republican governor added that he hoped Trump would take the remarks back.

Baker didn't specify which comments he found most offensive.

Trump was asked by Fox News moderator Megyn Kelly during last week's Republican debate about previous insults aimed at women.

Trump was angered by the questioning and later told CNN that Kelly had ``blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever.''
