Gingrich Speaks To GOP In Boston

The Republican National Committee has descended upon Boston for its summer conference.

Newt Gingrich spoke Wednesday, telling the GOP they need to scale back their anti-Obama rhetoric if they want to win the White House. He said the party needs to offer a positive vision for the future.

The conference at the Westin Hotel in the seaport lasts throughout the weekend.
