'You're gonna like the way you look, I guarantee it.'  It's a line that we have been used to hearing from Men's Wearhouse founder George Zimmer for years. We won't be hearing anymore, at least not from him.

The Men's designer suit store has given the company founder the boot. Zimmer (64), the company founder, served as the CEO from 1991-2011. He was then made an executive chair, according to USA Today.

So what is the reason for the sudden departure? The company has given no reason for the firing that happened just before the company's annual meeting of shareholders. It comes as a shock, especially since Zimmer has been the face of the company since 1985, and they reported a 25% gain in the first quarter.
