Here's some good news you can use, as you get set to hit the road for Thanksgiving, gas prices have fallen again! The Energy Information Administration announced the the national average for a gallon of gas in now at $3.429, down from $3.499 two weeks ago. It may not be much but a few penny's saved in your tank could add up pretty quickly if you are making a long journey. AAA, expects 43.6 million Americans will travel 50 miles or more from home during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, up 0.7% over the same period last year.

Of those, 90% will travel by car. I know I will be headed off to grandma's house for some turkey and pumpkin pie, that trip is about 120-miles one way, so any savings in the tank is good for me!

I know that there are some places that you can get a discount on your gas, if you shop at Stop & Shop you get gas points and can save quite a bit per-gallon with the more points you have, I also just downloaded an App to my smartphone from Cumberland Farms, the App allows you to save 5-cents per gallon for using it. It's pretty neat. You open the App and it knows what Cumberland Farms station you are at, all you have to do is type in the pump number and your phone takes care of the rest all you have to do is pump!

I know that you can find gas prices lower in some places, you just have to know where to look. What's the cheapest you have found lateley?
