Fugitive From Justice Found in New Bedford

New Bedford Detectives, U S Marshalls and the State Police arrested a man in New Bedford this morning who was wanted in Oregon. 41 year old Frank Edward Green was wanted out of Marion County Oregon for parole violations on charges of robbery and possessing a firearm. Police tracked Green to a Foster Street 3rd flooor apartment in New Bedford where the residents there refused to answer the door.

Officers breached the door and found Green inside on an air matress and he was taken into custody without incident. He is being arraigned in New Bedford District Court as a Fugitive from Justice and will be held pending rendition back to the Marion County Sheriff's Department in Oregon.
