This week, as part of Fun 107's double header action of Friday Night Lights coverage, the Fun Crew will be stopping by Wareham High School as the Vikings host the Old Rochester Bulldogs, this Friday at 7p.m.

Similar to last week's coverage, this match up pits two South Coast Conference opponents against each other, as they duel for a league win. With both team's sitting at the bottom of the league with zero combined wins in league play, something's got to give.

For ORR, its been a tough season for a transitioning program, under first year head coach Justin Kogler. The team, who sits at 0-5, has managed to score just 43 points through the first five weeks of the season, while their defense has allowed opponents to put 128 points up. The point differential will have to start shrinking for the Bulldogs to salvage their season.

The team also seems to be slipping behind early in games, so a concerted effort by quarterback Cam Hamilton and the rest of the Bulldog offense to get down the field and score early on Friday could help turn the tides of their season.

As for Wareham, they too have struggled to win league games, though they've been a bit more successful overall. The Vikings, led by head coach Dan Nault, enter this week six match up with a 2-3 record, after dropping a tough one at home last week to Apponequet, 23-0. The game, which was delayed three times by thunder and lightening, resulted in Wareham's first home loss of the year after winning their first two home contests.

After being blanked on the scoreboard last week, look for sophomore quarterback Issac Nascimento to lead a hungry Wareham offense. Adding an extra boost should be running back Joshua Onujiogu. The senior leader has had a strong start to the year and had played well at home prior to last week's slip up.

Prediction- Though both teams have looked inconsistent so far through the season, the edge has to go to Wareham. Not only are they at home, which should be a big boost, but they have a easier time scoring regularly than ORR does. Look for a close match but for Nascimento to find ways to get his team into the end zone, when opportunities arise.
