St. John Neumann's Lakeside Family Festival is celebrating their 34th anniversary celebration!

St. John Neumann presents this popular family-friendly event Memorial Day weekend. Free and open to the public, families from all over are invited to join in the events on the alcohol-free grounds.

The festival is located at Cathedral Camp on Long Pond, Route 18, (Middleboro Road) in East Freetown. The dates and hours of operation are:

Friday, May 25: 6 – 11 pm
Saturday, May 26: 12 – 11 pm
Sunday, May 27: 12 – 11 pm
Monday, May 28: 12 – 5 pm

Festival attractions will include amusement rides for all ages, ethnic and American food booths, midway game booths of skill and chance (including the “GRAND” raffle), and the renowned 'Giant Barn Sale.' Also enjoy delicious freshly prepared home-baked goods!

Registration for the 28th Annual Antique and Classic Car Show begins at 8 am on Sunday. Registration fee is $10. Judging begins at 2 pm, and the awards section is scheduled for 2:30 pm. (Rain date will be Monday).

Blessings of the Bikes will take place on Saturday, May 26. Riders $15, passengers $10. Registration starts at noon. Kickstands up at 1 pm. (Rain date will be Sunday).

There are no openings for any outside vendors, as all the booths are operated by members of the Church.
