Former TV Judge Joe Brown Going To Jail

The Tennessee Court of Appeals is upholding a five-day jail sentence for former television judge Joe Brown.

He was arrested and sentenced last March following a heated exchange with a Shelby County Juvenile Court Magistrate during a child support hearing.

The appeals court ruled yesterday that Brown willfully and intentionally baited the court, and intended to embarrass, hinder and obstruct the administration of justice. (Metro Networks Inc.)
