Former Teen Heartthrob David Cassidy Arrested In Upstate New York

Schodak Police

Upstate New York is one of the hottest summer spots, thanks to the Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, NY. Former child star David Casiddy spends much of his summer there, and it looks like he may have had too good of time.

According to the Albany Times Union, Cassidy was arrested at a late night DWI stop early Wednesday morning.  Because of a prior conviction, Cassidy was charged with a felony DWI.

The now 63 year old spends much of his summer in Upstate NY, but lives in Florida the rest of the time. Cassidy was pulled over in 2011 for another DWI, in his home state of Florida.
