Former Hewlett-Packard Employee Indicted For Stealing From Company

A Fall River man has been indicted for fraudulently obtaining computer parts, and then reselling them and keeping the money. 

The Attorney General's office says 39 year old Frank Stanley was indicted Friday by a Bristol County Grand Jury on charges of larceny over $250. 

Stanley is a former employee of Hewlett-Packard.  He allegedly defrauded the company out of $288,000 between November, 2009 to March, 2012. 

Stanley will be arraigned in Superior Court at a later date.
