A new survey finds that people say their cravings for food can be as bad as those for drugs.

A survey of over 5,000 members of the weight loss program Slimming World finds that three in four compared their cravings for junk food to an addict's desire for cigarettes or alcohol, and 55% believe they get a "buzz" from eating their favorite foods. 94% say they've turned to high fat food to boost their mood, and 83% reported feeling like a failure or criticizing themselves for not being able to stick to a diet.
