Florida deputies are getting conflicting stories from George Zimmerman and his girlfriend regarding a case of aggravated assault.  The man says that his girlfriend "changed" when he said he might move out.

In her own 9-1-1 call, Zimmerman's girlfriend said he's the one who snapped when she told him to move out of her house.

Zimmerman will have to post a $9 thousand bond and give up his weapons if he wants to be released from a Central Florida jail.  Zimmerman was arrested Monday on a charge of aggravated domestic battery.

Zimmerman was ordered to keep away from his girlfriend and he'll have to wear an ankle monitor upon his release.  The 30-year-old who was cleared on charges that he murdered Trayvon Martin will be back in court in January for a formal arraignment. (Metro Networks Inc.)
