Fire In Wareham

One person was injured following a Thursday morning fire in Wareham.

Fire officials say the incident was reported at 11:17 a.m. at 448 Main St.

One resident of the two family residence sustained minor injuries and some shingles were also damaged.

Crews had the fire extinguished and all crews out by 12:33 p.m.

Mutual aid was provided by the Onset Fire Department.

The fire is believed to have caused roughly $500 in damage.
