Fentanyl Bust In New Bedford

New Bedford Police say the arrest of a Roxbury man has taken over 120 grams of fentanyl off the streets of the Whaling City.

Police say that 29-year-old Juan Velez was arrested Thursday as part of an investigation into a fentanyl delivery service operating in New Bedford.

Velez was pulled over on Aquidneck St. and was found in possession of about 120 grams of fentanyl and $361.
