Federer made quick work of Cilic in their final on Sunday, winning in straight sets, 6-3, 6-1,6-4.
Cilic wasn’t the only Fed opponent to get sent away quickly, however, as the 35-year-old won ever set he played over the course his seven tournament matches. In total Federer finished the tourney 20-0, in terms of sets.
With quite the dominant showing at Wimbledon, Federer has further cemented his legacy as one of, if not the best, male singles player to ever handle a racket.
Following the victory, Federer took to twitter to show how sweet it is to win his 19th Slam.
