For the first time ever, a woman has been added to the FBI's most wanted terrorist list. Despite her innocent looks, Joanne Deborah Chesimard is very dangerous.

Back in 1977 Chesimard was wanted for several charges, including bank robbery, and also murdered a New Jersey State Trooper execution style. She was in jail, but broke out in 1979, when she escaped to Cuba, and was given asylum Fidel Castro. She is still living in Cuba today.

Now many people have come out in support of her, and the FBI wants them to know that this support is in poor taste.

It’s unfortunate that someone involved in the murder of an officer, kidnappings, hostage takings and robberies in a 14-year span is revered by a segment of society.

That quote is from FBI special agent Aaron Ford, who also says that they are still looking to bring her to justice because of the 'heinous' acts that she committed. She was part of a group that wanted to do harm to the country, Black Liberation Army. Despite Cuba cooperating with the USA regarding fugitives before, they seem to be protecting her.
