Fall River Police Searching for Missing Man with Suicidal History

FALL RIVER - Fall River Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a city man with a history of drug use and depression who has been reported missing.

Police say David M. Albernaz, 42, of Fall River, was last seen operating a 2014 Infiniti Q50 with a Massachusetts registration of 6JX182.

Albernaz was reported missing by Fall River Police at about 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Albernaz is described as a Caucasian male, about 5’7” tall, 180 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.

According to Fall River Police, Albernaz has a history of drug use, has been suicidal, and had made statements to his family about being depressed before he went missing.
