Fall River Police have made an arrest in connection with a bank robbery earlier this week.

Police say after gathering evidence, reviewing surveillance video, and speaking with witnesses, they were able to obtain a search warrant relating to the robbery of the Webster Bank on Sullivan Drive on Monday afternoon.

Officers executed the warrant Wednesday night at a Whipple Street apartment in the city, which turned up evidence connecting the suspect to the crime.

Police arrested 44-year-old Tammy Lee Fournier of Fall River of 523 Whipple Street. Fournier is charged with unarmed robbery.
