Fairhaven Police Arrest Suspect

Fairhaven Police arrested a Fairhaven man and charged him with breaking and entering into a home and stealing a flat-screen TV.

23-year-old Ryan Stojak was taken into custody Saturday afternoon after police questioned him about a break in at a Florence Street home Friday. Police say he hid the TV in his basement .

Stojak has been charged with two counts of vandalism, larceny of property worth more than $250 and breaking and entering in the night time with intent to commit a felony.

He is being held at the Ash Street jail on $2,500 bail pending his arraignment in Third District court.
