Fairhaven Motorcycle Crash

A mid-day motorcycle accident in Fairhaven sent one man to the hospital with minor injuries.

Fairhaven police spokesman Sgt. Kevin Kobza says the motorcycle slid into the back of a car stopped at a construction area on Huttleston Avenue near Mike's Restaurant.

He added the impact appeared to have blown out the rear windshield of the vehicle.

The motorcycle operator was transported to Saint Luke's Hospital, while the driver of the other car was not injured.
