It's the election that won't go away. John Wethington has asked a superior court judge to throw out April's much-disputed Fairhaven's Board of Health election results and compel a new race. In a Bristol Superior Court filing last week, Wethington's attorney, Ann Denardis, asked for a judge to invalidate the election results and order a new town election. The filing also asks for an expedited hearing and for all election records to be handed over to the court for review.

A judge will hear Wethington's request for an expedited hearing and that election records be turned over to the court Wednesday.
