Free Informational Workshops with Diocesan Health Services

Let us make our home, your home!

Seniors, families and caregivers are invited to free workshops that will help you place to stay in your home or transition into one of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities.

There will be several featured speakers including Jane Sullivan, Esq., John Rogers, Assistant Administrator and Alzheimer's Program Director and Joan Jakuboski, RN/Care Manager.

Join us Sunday, Sept. 25 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at Our Lady's Haven in Fairhaven or Sunday, Oct. 2 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at Catholic Memorial Home in Fall River.
