Edelman, who started training camp on the team's PUP list after having off-season foot surgery, showed his frustration after leaving the practice,
according to CSNNE's Tom E. Curran. After sitting on a cart for a bit, the 30-year-old was able to leave the practice field on his own.

While early reports didn't sounds too promising, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport says the injury has been evaluated by the team and appears to be less serious then first thought.

Edelman initially suffered a Jones Fracture in his left foot in a Week 10 win over the New York Giants last season. He had surgery and returned to the team ahead of the postseason, before having further repairs done this off-season.
