Eatery Moving Downtown

In my ongoing What's New? blog, a North End eatery is relocating to a new downtown location. Mary's Mini Hot Dogs & Steamed Cheeseburgers is moving her 'comfort food' business to 288 Union St., near County St. Owner Mary Hocking will reopen in the former Fortuna Grill location.

For a delicious tasting and differently prepared burger, Mary's steams her ground sirloin burgers rather than grilling them. Even the cheese is steamed, giving it a creamier texture. Prices range from $6 to $8. The popular eatery specializes in mini hot dogs that are half the size of most hot dogs. Check out her menu at marysminidogs.com.

The new location should be open for business early next month.
