Dunkin Donuts will be awarding $100,000 in college scholarships for high school students in Rhode Island and Bristol County, Massachusetts.

According to WLNE 6, this is the 21st year that the scholarship program has run and “one hundred students will be selected based on their academic excellence, leadership qualities, and community involvement, and will each be awarded $1,000.”

Applications for the scholarship will be available beginning February 1st and will be accepted until March 15th.

The following eligibility criteria must be met for those applying for the Dunkin Donuts Scholarship Program:

“Be a high school senior who plans to enroll in a course of study. Students must be enrolled at least part-time in a baccalaureate degree program at an accredited college or university, an associate degree program at an accredited junior or community college, or a certificate program at an approved vocational or technical institute.”

Also, they must be resident of Rhode Island or Bristol County, Massachusetts.
