The majority of Americans don't believe men are entitled to a mid-life crisis.

60% of the adults surveyed in a "60 Minutes" and "Vanity Fair" poll said that the idea of a mid-life crisis is just something men invented to excuse bad behavior they wouldn't get away with at another stage of life.

Females responding said that "temper" was the number one characteristic they would change in their significant other, followed by their choice of a man's friends, mother, sense of humor, physique or hygiene.
