New England Patriots running back Dion Lewis made a splash on special teams, in the team's 41-16 win over the Denver Broncos on Sunday night, and now he's being rewarded for it.

Lewis was named the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week for his efforts on Sunday, namely his 103-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.

If the award for special teams could go to a whole team, it likely would have gone to New England, as Lewis' long return TD was just one of the many highlights they had on special teams throughout the game.

Aside from his big return, Lewis had an all-around solid game. He carried the ball 14 times for 55 yards and added another score on an eight yard run.
