The answer may surprise you. A British bank is in trouble for helping Iran to conceal a lot of money for almost a decade.

British bank Standard Chartered is in some big trouble. According to CNN, banking regulators in New York discovered that they were concealing transactions for Iranian clients from 2001 to 2010. That's over 60,000 transactions worth $250 billion.

The bank allegedly falsified official documents to hide the transactions. Now, they could have to pay $5,5 billion in fees because of the concealing. The senior manegment of Standard Chartered has been ordered to appear in New York on August 15th.
