A New Bedford delegation, in Europe to learn more about offshore wind development, is wraping up its visit to Bremerhaven, Germany.

The 30-member entourage of business and government leaders will be moving on to Hamburg, Germany on Wednesday.

During their stay in Bremerhaven, Mayor Jon Mitchell had a chance to address wind industry and economic development officials about their businesses, and what's being planned in New Bedford.

Officials say the construction of a $100-million marine commerce terminal in the South End should make New Bedford a "hub" for offshore wind development in the North Atlantic.

The group returns home next Sunday.
