Deadline Extended For Change Of Venue In Tsarnaev Case

A judge has extended a deadline for lawyers for marathon bombings suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev  to decide whether they will ask to have the trial moved out of Boston. Tsarnaev's lawyers have argued the February 28 deadline was premature since a decision on whether prosecutors will seek the death penalty isn't expected until late this month.
