NEW BEDFORD — New Bedford Police arrest a Dartmouth woman after she is found driving with a revoked license and drugs in her car.

Police pulled over a vehicle in the area of 26 George Street at around 8:25 p.m. Wednesday night. They discovered the driver, 34-year-old Alicia French of Dartmouth, was driving with a revoked license.

A search of her vehicle turned up 2.8 grams of fentanyl, and police found another .2 grams of fentanyl on her person.

French was placed under arrest and charged with possession of a Class B substance and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
