Dartmouth Police Arrest Wanted Man Outside Of Strip Club

DARTMOUTH — A man wanted by authorities in Georgia was arrested early Sunday morning outside of the King's Inn strip club in Dartmouth.

The Dartmouth Police Department says at approximately 2:15 a.m. on Sunday morning, the department arrested 22-year-old Lamondaryl Payne of Lyndon Street in New Bedford, for being a fugitive from justice.

The arrest was made by Officer Josh Fredette after encountering Payne outside of the strip club located at 635 State Road.

An expanded check on Payne revealed that he currently had an active extraditable warrant out of Fulton County, Georgia for 2nd degree cruelty to children.
