Dartmouth Man Facing OUI Charges

OUI charges were filed against a Dartmouth man after he was found passed out in a vehicle Friday morning.

New Bedford Police say a 27-year-old man was found passed out in a vehicle in the 400 block of Hawthorn St. around 11:41 a.m.

A 28-year-old Dartmouth woman was also in the vehicle and appeared to be under the influence of drugs.

Both individuals were transported to St. Luke's Hospital.

The man is being charged with OUI drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating after revocation of license for being a habitual traffic offender.
