"Does anyone here live in a highly visible area and could do us the favor of putting one of these signs in your yard?"

That is the simple request of a loving daughter. Stephanie Macedo is asking everyone who is willing to help her father, Dan Desmaris of Sandwich.

Dan is now in stage 5 kidney failure. When Dan’s kidney function started declining more rapidly, he began the process of telling family and friends that he needed a kidney transplant. His family is asking for YOUR HELP to find a living kidney donor! "We need him around for many years to come." The Facebook page, A Kidney For Dan, follows Dan's journey through the process. You can request a car sticker or wristband HERE.

A few good souls in Dartmouth have already agreed to display these signs in front of their homes to support Dan in his search of a living kidney donor.
