District Attorney Says No Misconduct In Hernandez Case

Lawyers for Aaron Hernandez have accused state police of concealing their identities while interrogating a Connecticut prisoner about the murder of Odin Lloyd.

Friday Bristol DA Sam Sutter asked a judge to dismiss the motion accusing his office of misconduct. Sutter says convicted felon Everett Garcia knew exactly who he was talking to when he spoke with investigators.

The motion will likely be taken up in Fall River Superior Court after Hernandez is arraigned for the murder of Odin Lloyd on Friday.
