Crazy Manicure Trend

I'm not one to make fun of other's beauty choices, but I feel that something must be said about "Bubble Nails" AKA "Hump Nails." If you haven't seen the latest beauty trend, checkout some of the photos and comments on twitter:

Who decided it would be a good idea to have their nails look like they are stick inside a gumball? What's wrong with a natural, clean look? Personally, I'm all about the classic French manicure, but love to play around with some bright pinks and reds too. This look is too far out there for me, and apparently this Twitter user thinks it's so far out there for her that it's in outer space!
