Crash in Dartmouth Sees Man Airlifted To Rhode Island Hospital

An accident on Slocum Road in Dartmouth has resulted in a Fall River man being airlifted to a Providence Hospital.

Police say that the crash happened just after 7am on Friday morning. It involved two cars, a Honda Civic and a Mercedes. 20-year-old Jordan Medeiros was driving north on Slocum road when he had a head on collision with Maria Gill near Allen Street.

Gill was treated and released from St. Luke's Hospital, but Medeiros had to be airlifted to Rhode Island.
