It appears that Tom Brady will be able to play the rest of the season without having to worry about dealing with the NFL's appeal of his overturned four-game suspension from the Deflategate saga.

The federal appeals court announced Tuesday that they plan to hear the NFL's appeal as early as the week of February 1, according to a CBSSports.com report. That means that the appeal could be heard during Super Bowl week.

That could end up being a problem for the Pats as they plan to be in that game, but for now Brady's 2015 season seems to be in the clear.

Of course, US District Court Judge Richard M. Berman vacated the original suspension imposed by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell earlier this month, due to a lack of evidence and president.
