Congressman Barney Frank Wants Marijuana Legalized

Congressman Barney Frank is hoping to get marijuana legalized.  The Massachusetts Democrat says legalizing the drug would cut back the costs states spend on prisons.

Frank also says the government would be able to tax marijuana just like they do cigarettes and alcohol.  He insists pot isn't a gateway drug like a lot people say it is and has nothing in common with harder drugs like heroin.
