Coats For Kids and Grown-Ups Too

The snow hasn’t begun to fly yet and the temperatures have been fairly mild but it isn’t too soon to think of temperatures in the 20″s and 30′s and the need for warm clothing. For the 23 rd year, The annual Coats for Kids and Grown Ups too community coat drive is underway. Pam Pollock of the YWCA of Southeastern Massachusetts tells WBSM News what kind of donations they’re accepting.

The coats, hats, scarves and mittens and gloves may be dropped off at the “Y” on South 6th Street, the Unitarian Church on 8th Street or City Hall, Room 221. They will be distributed, free of charge, This Saturday from 11 to 3 at the Unitarian Church to anyone in need of a coat, no questions asked.
