A chief with the Cherokee Nation is asking Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown to apologize for his campaign staffers yelling fake Indian war cries and doing the "tomahawk chop" at a rally last week.

The actions of the crowd of young men as captured on video were clearly meant to target Democratic candidate Elizabeth Warren and her claims of native American ancestry.  But Chief Bill John Baker says the chants were racist and chastised Brown for allowing that behavior within his campaign.  Brown issued a statement last night saying he's spoken with his staff and given them their one and only warning that that type of conduct will not be tolerated.
