A Republican candidate for the 9th Congressional District says he's all in favor of renewable energy, but against the Cape Wind project.

Candidate John Chapman appeared as a guest on WBSM's "More Than Just Talk" program, and says Cape Wind has had little input from the public as far as location and economic impact.

Chapman is a lawyer, and former Commissioner of the Department of Industrial Accidents under former Governor Mitt Romney.

Chapman faces Vincent Cogliano Jr., Mark Alliegro, and Daniel Shores for the GOP nomination before the final election this November.

The 9th Congressional District seat is currently held by Congressman William Keating.
